Community Rules

Our community is a place where people learn Arabic with joy and respect – for Quran and Sunnah. These rules protect that place. They form part of the Terms.
1. Respect and good conduct (adab)
- Treat all members kindly and respectfully – the way you want to be treated.
- No insults, no bullying, no belittling – not even "as a joke".
- Discrimination based on origin, language, school of thought or other characteristics has no place here.
2. Respect gender separation
- Parts of the community (e.g. chats, game matches, live lessons) are gender-separated – respect these protected spaces.
- Your gender declaration at registration must be truthful. Deliberate misstatement leads to permanent exclusion – no exceptions.
3. Content
- No unlawful, hurtful or offensive content.
- No spam, advertising or chain messages.
- Do not share other people's personal data (names, photos, contact details) without their consent.
4. Learn fairly
- No multiple accounts, no automated XP farming, no manipulation of games or leaderboards.
- Remember: learning unfairly harms nobody but yourself. The whole system – exercises, repetition, the weakness radar – is built to help YOU. Cheating only distorts your own learning record and slows your own progress. Be fair – and benefit the most yourself.
- Points obtained unfairly may be removed.
5. Moderation and reports
- You can report violations directly in the app (e.g. via “Report user” in a conversation) or by email: info@medina-camps.com.
- Depending on severity we respond with a notice, warning, temporary suspension or permanent exclusion (Terms § 8).
- Moderation decides to the best of its knowledge; serious violations lead to exclusion without prior warning.
In short: behave as you would in the mosque – then you are exactly right here. Barak Allahu feek!
